  • Day 01: Arrival at Port Blair + Corbyn’s Cove Beach + Cellular Jail

    Upon arrival at Port Blair, our representative will greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. After a brief rest, visit the picturesque Corbyn’s Cove Beach. Later, experience the captivating Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail, narrating India’s freedom struggle. Overnight stay in Port Blair.

  • Day 02: Port Blair – Havelock + Visit Radhanagar Beach

    After breakfast, check out and catch a ferry to Havelock Island. Explore the serene Radhanagar Beach, renowned as Asia’s best beach. Enjoy leisure time amidst its pristine sands and lush greenery. Overnight stay in Havelock Island.

  • Day 03: Visit Elephanta Beach

    Embark on a half-day trip to Elephant Beach by shared boat. Indulge in water activities and soak in the natural beauty. Return to Port Blair in the afternoon for an overnight stay.

  • Day 04: Departure

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to the airport for your departure, carrying cherished memories of your Andaman adventure.

Payment Policy

  1. Booking Confirmation:
    • All bookings are processed only after receiving a written confirmation email from the client.
    • Upon confirmation, the company will initiate pre-booking of hotels and services on a tentative basis with a 48-hour cut-off period.
  2. Advance Payment Terms:
    • Within 48 hours of confirmation, 50% of the total package cost must be paid to confirm the booking.
    • If the travel date is within 30 days, 100% payment is required upfront.
    • Bookings are fully confirmed only after receipt of the full payment 30 days before check-in.
  3. Final Confirmation:
    • The Final Package Confirmation Voucher will be issued only after full payment, and must be presented to the Tour Manager upon arrival at Port Blair.
  4. Price Variations:

                     Any increase in government taxes or other charges will be applicable over the quoted price.

Cancellation

  1. 30 days before travel: 10% processing fee of the total package cost.
  2. 20–29 days before travel: 50% of the total package cost is non-refundable.
  3. 20 days before travel or No-Show: No refund.
  4. Travel between 15th December to 15th January: No refund for cancellations.
  5. Transport tickets: Cancellation charges will be as per the concerned authority’s policy.

Terms and Condition

  1. Booking & Availability:
    Packages are subject to hotel and ferry availability at the time of final confirmation.
    In case of unavailability, similar category hotels may be booked at the guest’s expense.
    Rates may vary depending on availability at time of actual booking.
  2. Accommodation & Meals:
    Check-in/check-out timings are fixed by the hotels. Early/late options may incur extra charges.
    Meals provided are pre-set menus and served at hotels/local restaurants.
    Special dietary requirements are not guaranteed.
  3. Transportation:
    Vehicles are not at disposal; additional usage incurs extra charges.
    Clients are responsible for any damage to hotel rooms or vehicles during the tour.
  4. Identification & Permits:
    All Indian nationals must carry a valid photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, DL, Voter ID).
    Foreign nationals or PIO/OCI cardholders must obtain a Restricted Area Permit (RAP) at arrival in Port Blair.
  5. Attraction Rules & Closures:
    Cellular Jail, Museums, and certain attractions are closed on Mondays and national holidays.
    Ross & North Bay: Closed every Wednesday.
    Ross & Smith Islands: Closed every Sunday and on national holidays.
    Entry to sightseeing points like museums and the jail closes by 4:00 PM; light & sound show starts at 6:00 PM (weather permitting).
  6. Liability & Force Majeure:
    The company is not liable for:
    Ferry/flight delays, technical failures, or cancellations.
    Loss or damage of personal belongings.
    Any injury, sickness, accident, or death during the trip.
    Changes or interruptions due to natural calamities, bad weather, or government restrictions.
    In such events, additional stays or re-bookings will be at the client’s cost.
    Missed Services:
    No refunds will be given for unutilized services (meals, sightseeing, ferry tickets, etc.) under any circumstances.
